Classes

In Sonas yoga classes provide an inclusive, welcoming place for all, whether you are new to yoga or more experienced. Yoga, to me, is a way to connect with my body and mind, cultivating strength, balance, and mindfulness. Each session is designed to help you explore your practice, honour your body, and find happiness.

Hatha Yoga

I teach ‘Hatha’ yoga, which is a more gentle, steady style that focuses on mindful movement, breath and alignment. In these classes, you will be encouraged to face challenges and embrace mistakes within a supportive, non-judgemental environment. Whether your goal is to improve mobility, reduce stress or find enjoyment in your practice, I hope to see you on the mat.

Chair Yoga - coming soon

Chair Yoga offers a gentle and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga, making it ideal for those with mobility challenges, balance concerns, injury recovery, or anyone who finds getting up and down from the floor difficult. Using a chair for support, we can explore movement safely and comfortably while improving flexibility, strength, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Chair Yoga is a reminder that yoga is for every body, and that meaningful movement and connection are possible regardless of age, experience, or physical ability.
